The Second Series of the Masters’ Lectures

We have completed another stage of the project “The V4 Humanities Education for the Climate. Diagnoses – Best practices – Recommendations” (HEC), carried out by the Interdisciplinary Research Centre for Humanities Education at the University of Silesia. The second series of the Masters’ Lectures entitled “School and Climate”, organised online on 6th May 2021 by the Research Centre for Humanities Education and the Department of Polish Studies in the Chair of Slavic Studies at the Palacky University in Olomouc, one of the HEC foreign partners, consisted of the talks by the following speakers: dr hab. Julia Fiedorczuk, Filip Springer, dr hab. Prof. UZ Magdalena Steciąg and President of the University of Silesia Prof. dr hab. Ryszard Koziołek, who hosted the event.
The debate attracted about 250 participants from all over the world, including university students, researchers, teachers, school pupils and many others who regard climate change as the topic of utmost importance to the field of education.
